Walks: Don’t get me started.

State of Being:
So, a bunch of errands all landed on today.
Ran out of gas in between two of them, so I walked to a gas-station, got some gas, walked back to the car. Then, since the gas-station was on the way to my next appointment, I logged the distance on my odometer. It was about .6 miles. So, just about 1.2 miles round-trip. I’m sooooooo sore right now. Everything that has anything to do with my feet, knees, hips and/or back is throbbing right now.
I’m going to hit the rack early tonight, make sure I’m nice and flat, spread-eagled, etc, and make sure that I sleep as much as I possibly can. Otherwise, I think I’m going to be in agony tomorrow. lol
Between that and all the hopping in and out of the car, stair-climbing and just walking in general. I think I’ve likely topped over 1.5 miles today.
It hurts, but it’s going to pay off. :)
