Fresh-Start Challenge: Day Thirty-Five




Breakfast: 9am
4 Hard-Boiled Eggs (w/Salt & Black Pepper)

Mid-Morning: 11am
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs (w/Salt & Black Pepper)
12oz. Diet Pepsi

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Chocolate-Covered-Banana Visalus Shake

Evening: 8pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Baked w/Hot Sauce & Blue Cheese Dressing)
1 Cup of Steamed Stir-Fry Vegetables

Water: 1 Gallon

Walks: None.

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014

State of Being:

Feeling good today.

I took it easy on walking today, because I overdid it a little bit yesterday and I’m sore.
