Mid-Morning: 12noon
1 Can of Peaches

Lunch: 3pm

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 8pm
1 Pan-Fried Chicken Breast (w/Seasoned Salt, Black Pepper & Paprika)
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli (w/Onion Slices)

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 1

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 572 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 18, 2014

State of Being:

Feeling good.
