Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 9pm
6 Hot Wings (w/Blue Cheese Dressing)
1 Lg. Garden Salad (w/Blue Cheese Dressing>

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 572 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 18, 2014

State of Being:

Good day today.

Got a lot done.
