1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry-Phyto-Power Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Cup of Fried Cheese Chips (w/Jalapeno Slices)
1 Cup of Hot Salsa

Evening: 8pm
1 Chicken Breast (Fried w/Jalapeno Slices, Black Pepper & Parsley
1 Can of Green Beans
2 Cups of Coffee (w/Whole Milk Creamer & Stevia)

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 572 lbs.
