Mid-Afternoon: 4pm

Evening: 11pm
2 Chicken Breasts w/Paprika, Ground Cayenne Pepper & Black Pepper Slow-Cooked in Olive Oil with Chopped Onions & Winter Squash
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
12oz. Diet Rite
