~Toe Raises - (Calves) - 60lbs. Resistance - 3 Sets of 15 Repetitions
Breakfast: 10am
1 Peanut-Butter & Banana Visalus Shake
Mid-Morning: 12noon
1 Garden Salad (w/Italian Dressing & 5 Croutons)
-Green Leaf-Lettuce, 1 Diced Tomato-
12oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
Lunch: 3pm
1 Plain Visalus Shake
Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.
Evening: 6pm
2 Scrambled Eggs (w/Cheese)
2 Scrambled Egg-Whites (w/Cheese)
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Quartered Tomato (w/Salt)
12oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
State of Being:
Feel pretty good.
Woke up feeling a little groggy. Felt better after workout and a shower. Did a lot of reading today.
