Breakfast: 11am
1 Peanut-Butter-Banana Visalus Shake
Mid-Morning: 2pm
12oz. V8 (Spicy Hot)
Lunch: 4pm
1 Plain Visalus Shake
Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.
Evening: 6pm
1 Can of Skyline Chili (w/ 1/2cup Shredded Cheddar & 5 Croutons)
1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Cheddar & American Cheese on Rye Bread)
