Challenge Four: Day Thirty-Five
Breakfast: 7am
1 Double Butterfinger Visalus Shake
(Just cannot get ENOUGH of these things!)
Mid-Morning: Nothing.
Lunch: 12noon
1 Ka-Berry KA-BOOM! Visalus shake
Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Bacon Cheeseburger Patty
16oz. Diet Coke
Evening: 8pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Cayenne Pepper & Cheese)
1 Baked Potato (w/Cheese & Pepper)
16oz. Diet Coke
State of Being:
Had a potato with dinner. It was a very strong jones for starch and my teeth were grinding. It was starting to become a migraine, so I caved to it. So far, I’m still feeling fine.
