Challenge Four: Day Fifty-Eight
Breakfast: 10am
1 Peach-Complexion-Care Visalus Shake
Mid-Morning: Nothing.
Lunch: 2pm
3 Bites of Slow-Cooked Chicken Thigh
12oz. Water
Mid-Afternoon: 6pm
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Unsweetened Iced-Tea
Evening: 9pm
2 Chicken Leg-Quarters (Slow-Cooked, w/Green Tabasco Sauce)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
16oz. Water
State of Being:
Man, I’ve really got to get on the ball with the Mid-Morning meal. At this point, I’ve been at this for a YEAR, and I still miss that meal, most days.
