Mid-Morning: Nothing.

1 Sweet-Cream Visalus Shake
Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Ham & Swiss Roll-up (w/Mustard)
16oz. Water
Evening: 7pm
1 Double Chocolate-Fudge Visalus Shake

Feel good!
I shot some video today, wherein I ventured to Wal-Mart for my monthly shopping trip with "i LOST it" tattooed on my forehead, so as to strike up conversation with people about Project 10, but it didn't really pan out. Only talked to a few people and only one of them was OK with being on camera. So, I ultimately decided against posting it. Kind of a bust. Ah well. I still think it was a good idea. lol
