Mid-Morning: Nothing.
Lunch: 1pm
1 Peach-Complexion-Care Visalus Shake
Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Grilled w/Black Pepper & Paprika)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water
Evening: 8pm
3 Slices of Awesome Roast-Pork
3 Slices of Awesome Roast-Beef
40oz. Water
State of Being:
My good friend Jake put together a surprise birthday-party for his younger brother tonight. He roasted a bunch of meat in a smoker, which was awesome. Although,… now all the meat in my apartment is going to taste like crap for a while.
